Tom Fitzherbert
Managing Director
Tom's role is to ensure the customer agenda is at the centre of both Tpoll's thinking and the Client's agenda. He drives the impact and value of the data, to enable Tpoll Clients to lead and remain competitive. Tom has 18 years experience in the Call Centre industry and has worked with AMEX, Microsoft, Compaq, Sony, Olivetti, BUPA, Peugeot and British Rail.

Barry Noble
Research Director
Barry has worked in three top 10 UK research agencies, starting his career at Taylor Nelson Sofres before spells at IPSOS and NFO where he was involved in the set up and management of their UK Access Panels. Barry has worked with a large range of clients from international giants like Procter & Gamble, Heinz and Nestlé, to more UK based companies such as SMA and Sainsbury's.
