The opportunity
A major, invitation only in-store event required customer feedback on awareness and experience of event.

Our approach
An e-mail containing a link to an on-line questionnaire was sent to a representative set of invitees the day after the event (a Friday).

The results
The client received topline results from over 30% of those invited to take part in the questionnaire by the following Monday at 9am for an 11am meeting. A full presentation followed before the end of the week.
The feedback was highly constructive and suggested several possible changes to improve future events.
