Questionnaire design
Tpoll Direct uses CONFIRMIT software to design Internet based surveys. CONFIRMIT is the market leader in the research industry. We can script simple, concise customer satisfaction surveys to complex, more in-depth concept tests.

Tpoll Direct is able to deliver questionnaires with a difference. We can use visual stimulus such as pictures and movie clips plus questioning techniques to make surveys as interactive as possible. This not only reduces questionnaire length but also increases our response rates, getting data to you that much faster.

We can also offer you various methods to source respondents:

Customer List
For some projects, such as customer satisfaction surveys, it is advantageous to use a customer list from your customer database. You supply the list and we send out the email invitations. We can customise questionnaires and/or manage quotas based on information that you include with your customer list.

Online Panel
Tpoll Direct can invite a representative sample to take part in your survey or specifically target certain types of people that you wish to talk to through international network of reliable sample providers

Website Activity
Tpoll Direct can set up an automated process, whereby an action that takes place on your website results in a survey being sent out to that individual. For example if a person makes an online purchase from your website he/she could automatically receive a website satisfaction survey an hour later.

Project Management
To ensure that the number of interviews that are required are completed in the shortest possible time, Tpoll Direct will:
