Tpoll Enterprise Software (TES) has been developed in-house by our team of IT experts over the last seven years. Designed by researchers for researchers TES can host customer communities, moderated discussion forums, interactive questionnaires and longitudinal journey tracking studies all on one platform to provide a single ‘customer view’. In addition Tpoll has extensive experience in linking TES to client’s own database to link the insight to behavioral data.

Tquant – quantitative interviewing

Tqual – qualitative discussions
A fully moderated online bulletin-board qualitative tool. Tqual is easy to use where clients can log in from anywhere to help guide the discussion. Discussions take place over a few days so is very respondent friendly and at the end of the discussion there are loads of tools to interrogate the dialogue

Tcom - community management
Tcom has built-in tools to host the community website, run polls & forums, give feedback and manage incentive schemes. The sophisticated panel selection and management tools enables detailed management of the community to maximise engagement with full response, topline and management reporting

Tview – data analysis
Tview enables online reporting of the data from any survey delivered in Tquant or from a community. Simple and easy to create data tables with significance testing and weighting tools built in enabling the researcher to spend more time looking for those exciting insights
