Independent online research provider Tpoll has promoted Georgina Botting to Client Services Director and appointed Sarah Kavanagh as Associate Director. The senior personnel changes follow the management buy-out of the company from Interactive Prospect Targeting Group in November 2008.
Now in its tenth year of delivering online research and customer panels, Tpoll has made these recent appointments to support its core activity of generating market research that reflects both the use of the internet in customers’ everyday lives, and the need for organisations to obtain immediate and actionable results.
Georgina joined Tpoll in May 2002, and has played a key role in the development of the company’s online product portfolio. She has significantly contributed to building a strong, specialist team that combines both research skills and technology-design to engage with online customer communities in their various forms. Within her new role Georgina is responsible for ensuring Tpoll’s insight team, offering and output are consistently focused on achieving client objectives. She will also be required to oversee panel quality standards, participate in the development of new IT tools and drive general staff training.
With over eight years’ experience, Sarah joins Tpoll following a two year period of working in Australia for Synovate and Galileo Kaleidoscope respectively. Prior to this she was employed by TNS in London. Sarah brings to the role a wealth of consumer and retail expertise gained from her work with global and national brands to deliver both quantitative and qualitative research. Working within Tpoll’s Insight team, Sarah will liaise with clients, manage and deliver projects across key accounts and engage in new business initiatives.
