Barry Noble has returned from a 3 year self-imposed exile in Barcelona as a partner and managing director of online research agency, Tpoll Market Intelligence.

Independent online research provider Tpoll has promoted Georgina Botting to Client Services Director and appointed Sarah Kavanagh as Associate Director. The senior personnel changes follow the management buy-out of the company from Interactive Prospect Targeting Group in November 2008.
